Music has always been a part of Al's life.  His Dad played guitar for the pure enjoyment of it and instilled that love of music in him.  At age 7 Al began playing the trumpet in the school band.  For the next six years that experience taught him the fundamental principles that shaped his dedication to craft - learn it - polish it - perform it. After playing strictly guitar early on, Al switched to bass because in the "business", singing bass players became a hot commodity.  Notable Baltimore bands that Al has played with through the years include, Cry Wolf, The Force, original recording artist George Brigman and Split, Blind Owl, UnderOath, The Jokers, The Beach Bumz, and most recently Lost and Found.
